a visit to Chimay...

we loaded up the family wagon on Saturday morning to go scouting bike trails for daddy to mountain biking here in Belgium. I would be lying if I said I knew the names of the towns we visited as we drove through several areas...including a forest that had signs that said 'no vehicles past this pointonly bicycles'...(in french of course), . But I do know the name of 1 of the towns...Chimay, Belgium. Which is where a popular beer is made in Belgium. Not really a whole lot to do there..but we did see a neat church and a cool old stairway.
The drive was really neat as there were lots of hills and forests the further south we headed...I am guessing we were almost in France at some point.
