Namur, Belgium

Brad arrived home from Dubai..sans luggage due to baggage handler strike...and we were ready for some family time. So on Saturday morning...ok..not morning as we are really slow to get going..but noon we headed out to the Provence of Namur Belgium....just up the Muse river from Dinant..from the previous post. What a wonderful city this was. I enjoyed how the city is laid out as we walked all around, though the Saturday street market (enter the chickens, rabbits and goats for sale on the street), up the hill to the citadel . We didn't know where the actual entrance to the citadel was, so we just started hiking up the mountain bike trails to the top! As you can probably guess, the girls and I are not big 'hikers' and there was a lot of complaining by 1 or 2 of the girlies...but they pushed though and continued on!
